Thanks for booking with Planetarium Go! Here’s everything you need to know before you lift off.
Check your inbox
Your tickets should arrive by email shortly after booking. Please check your inbox — and your spam or junk folder — to make sure they've come through. Can't find them? Get in touch and we'll resend them.
Arrive 10 minutes early
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your show starts so we can get everyone settled and lift off on time.
Need to change your date or show?
Plans change — we get it. If a date or show isn't working for you, we'd much rather help than have you miss out. Just get in touch and we'll do our best to rebook you onto another date or session that suits.
Refunds
If we ever have to cancel a show, online bookings are refunded automatically to your original payment method. For any other request — whether you'd like a refund or to change your date — it's best to contact us directly and we'll help you find the right option.
